Before tackling any stain removal project, it’s important to gather the right supplies. You’ll need:
To begin, use a soft bristled brush or sponge to lightly brush the Mascara stain. Work in small circles until all residue is removed. For stubborn stains, use a suede eraser to rub away at the stain. Make sure to test a small patch first on a less visible spot to make sure it won’t cause any damage to the material.
Next, dampen a clean rag with warm water and gently dab at stain. Continue dabbing until the stain is gone. Again, for tougher stains, you may need to use a special suede cleaner.
Once the stain is gone, use a dry cloth to dab off any excess moisture. Then, let the suede air dry. After it's completely dry, brush the suede with a soft bristled brush to restore nap. With these few simple steps, your suede will be looking as good as new!
