What You'll Need
- Oxi Clean or another oxygen-based stain remover
- A cloth or sponge
- A toothbrush
- A little bit of water
Step 1: Apply Stain Remover
Once you have the necessary items, start by dampening the cloth or sponge with some water. Then add a few drops of the oxy-based stain remover and gently rub it into the stained area. Rinse out the cloth with water and then rub it gently over the stain. Repeat this process until stain is no longer visible.
Step 2: Use The Toothbrush
If the stain isn’t coming out after using the cloth, switch to a soft-bristled toothbrush. Dip the brush in some water and then apply the stain remover. Gently scrub the area and rinse the toothbrush when it gets dirty. Keep repeating this process until the stain is completely gone.
Step 3: Let It Dry
Once the stain is removed, let the area dry completely. Do not use any sort of heat to speed up drying process as this can cause more damage. When area is completely dry, the stain should be gone.
