Step #1: Inject Detergent and Water Into Stain
To start, mix together some warm water and a few drops of laundry detergent. Then, using a cotton swab, dab this solution onto the stain and let it soak for a few minutes.
Step #2: Apply Vinegar Solution To The Stain
Once the detergent and water has soaked into the stain, make a solution consisting of one part vinegar and one part water and apply it to the stain. This will help break down the oils in the mascara.
Step #3: Blot the Stain With a Paper Towel
After the vinegar solution has sat on the stain for a few minutes, take a paper towel and begin blotting the area. Continue to refill vinegar solution and blot with the paper towel until the stain is removed.
