When dealing with stubborn mascara stains on nylon, you’ll want to start by using a cleaner specifically formulated for removing cosmetics. Wet area and apply a few drops of the cleaner. Work the cleaner into the stain gently using a soft brush or cloth. Let the cleaner sit for about 10 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water. If the stain persists, use a scrub brush dipped in a solution of equal parts warm water and hydrogen peroxide to remove any remaining residue.

Another trick for tough stains is to use a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol. Gently blot area to remove the excess mascara and then rinse with warm water. If the stain is still visible, use a mild detergent mixed with water and rub it into the stain. Let it sit for 15 minutes before rinsing it off. If residue remains, use a second application of the detergent solution and scrape up any remaining debris with a soft brush.

It's also important to note that when dealing with stains on nylon, you should never use bleach or other harsh chemicals as these could damage the fabric. Also, never rub a stain vigorously as this could cause the color to fade or run. Lastly, make sure that the nylon is completely dry before storing item.
