Gather Materials
Before you begin, make sure you have the materials you'll need on hand. You should have detergent, white vinegar, a toothbrush, a cloth, and warm water.
Soak the Stain in Warm Water
Start by soaking the entire jersey in warm water. This will help to loosen the discoloration of mascara. Soak the jersey for 10-15 minutes.
Apply Detergent & White Vinegar
After it has been soaked, apply a mixture of detergent and white vinegar directly onto the stain. Scrub gently with a toothbrush for 1-2 minutes. Rinse off the solution and repeat if needed.
Dry & Inspect
Once you are finished, rinse the jersey and dry it. Inspect area to ensure that stain has been completely removed.
