Remove Unwanted Mascara Stains From Fred Perry Clothing

Tools You’ll Need
- Paper towels
- Small brush or toothbrush
- Laundry detergent
- Mild dish soap
- Baking soda
- Hydrogen peroxide
- Iron (optional)
Removing Fresh Mascara Stains from Clothing
- As soon as you notice the stain, lay the clothing flat on a paper towel and blot the stain with a dry paper towel.
- Mix a small amount of laundry detergent with water and apply directly to the stain.
- Using a small brush or toothbrush, gently scrub the stain in a circular motion from the outside in.
- Rinse the area with lukewarm water and blot dry with a paper towel.
- If the stain persists, mix a solution of mild dish soap and water and gently scrub area with a brush or toothbrush again.
- Rinse and blot with paper towel.
- For stubborn stains, mix equal parts baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and apply to the area. Allow it to sit for 15 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water and blotting dry.
- For extra stubborn stains, use a steamer, or heat an iron on low and press the area for a few seconds. Be careful not to scorch the fabric.
Removing Old Mascara Stains from Clothing
