Now comes the final step to removing pesky mascara stain: use a mixture of vinegar and cold water to finish it off. Pour a quarter cup of white vinegar into 8 ounces of cold water, then dab the fabric gently with the cloth. Let it dry overnight, and the stain should be completely gone!
