Wipe Out Mascara Stains with These Easy Steps

What You’ll Need
- Mild soap
- Soft towel
- Laundry detergent and/or white vinegar
Step 1: Scrape Off The Stain
Use a soft cloth or towel to scrape off as much of mascara stain as possible. Once the majority of the stain is gone, use a mild soap and warm water to remove the remaining residue.
Step 2: Wash The Boots
Fill up a bucket or sink with warm water and add a small amount of laundry detergent or white vinegar. If you are using white vinegar, pour about half a cup. Place your boots into the water and let them soak for about 15 minutes. Then, use a soft cloth or rag to scrub away the remaining mascara stains.
Step 3: Rinse And Dry
After scrubbing, rinse your boots with fresh, warm water. Make sure to get rid of any excess detergent or vinegar. Finally, pat dry with a soft towel and allow the boots to air dry completely before you wear them again.
