For a small smudge, use a cotton ball or swab soaked in rubbing alcohol. Rub the mark gently until the smudge has dissipated. For larger and tougher stains, use a mild detergent mixed with water. Using a cloth or soft brush, work the mixture into the stain in a circular motion. Use a damp cloth to rinse off the detergent.
Fill a bucket or sink with warm water and add a few drops of mild detergent. Gently scrub away at the stain with a toothbrush. Take care not to use too much pressure as this could damage the shoe. Rinse off shoe with a damp cloth.
Allow the ASICS to dry completely before putting them away. Place them in a warm, dry area away from direct sunlight. Once shoes are dry, apply a leather conditioner or waterproofing spray to help protect the leather from future stains.
