But if you know the right steps, it is relatively easy to remove marker stains from your clothing.

- Dish Soap
- Rubbing Alcohol
- Bucket of Warm Water
- Old Toothbrush
- Dry Towel
Steps to Clean Marker Stains from Tommy Hilfiger
- As soon as you notice the stain, it is best to address it immediately. If the stain has already dried, dampen the area with a damp cloth and combine a quarter teaspoon of dish soap with warm water in a bowl.
- Using an old toothbrush, scrub the stained area with this dish soap and warm water solution using circular motions.
- Rinse off the area with a damp cloth.
- If the stain is still present, put rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab or clean cloth and blot it onto the stained area.
- Keep bloting the area with the rubbing alcohol, until the marker stains are gone.
- Rinse off the area again with a damp cloth.
- After the stain is gone, place item in the washer with detergent on the hottest temperature setting recommended for that item.
- Once the item is out of the washer, lay it flat on a dry towel and allow to air dry.
