- Cotton swab (or cloth)
- Laundry or dish detergent
- Water
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Mix one cup of white vinegar and two tablespoons of laundry or dish detergent in a bowl of warm water.
- Soak the stained stocking for about 10 minutes in the solution.
- Remove the stocking from the solution, and using a cotton swab or cloth, gently scrub at the stain.
- Continue to scrub until the stain is gone.
- Rinse soapy residue off the stocking with warm water.
- Allow the stocking to air dry.
