- Soft cloths
Now that you have the supplies, here’s how to get rid of marker stains on silk noil:
- Apply dry-cleaning powder directly to the stain and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Soak a cotton swab in rubbing alcohol and dab the stain with it. Do not rub!
- Mix hydrogen peroxide and detergent together to make a paste. Apply it to the stain with a soft cloth and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Wash the item using cold water and white vinegar. This will help to remove any remaining stain.
- Once the item is dry, inspect it to see if any traces of stain remain.
If the stain remains, repeat the steps above until the stain is completely gone.
