Gently blot area with a clean white cloth, pressing down firmly to absorb the excess ink. Do not rub or scrub the fabric as this can cause damage to delicate silk fibers.
Spray the stained area with a non-aerosol hairspray and let it sit for a few minutes. Carefully use a clean cloth to dab the area and check if the mark has been removed. If not, repeat the process.
Once the hairspray has been applied and the mark is still visible, use a cotton ball soaked in rubbing alcohol to dab the area. Allow the fabric to air dry.
Place the garment in the washer on the delicate cycle and use a mild detergent. Run the cycle twice for extra cleaning power. After washing, hang to dry or tumble dry on the lowest heat setting.
If despite your best efforts the stain remains, consider calling a professional cleaner who is experienced in dealing with delicate fabrics.
