Instructions

  • Soap & water solution: Start by making a solution of warm water and a mild soap, such as dishwashing liquid. Dip a soft cloth in the solution, wring it out and then dab the soiled area of the shoes with it. Do not rub or scrub the stain. Allow the stain to sit for about five minutes, and then rinse off with clean water.
  • Vinegar & baking soda: Mix equal parts of white vinegar and baking soda in a bowl, until it forms a paste. Apply the paste onto the stained area of the shoes. Using a soft bristle brush, gently scrub area. Then rinse off with water.
  • Nail polish remover: If other methods are unsuccessful, you may use nail polish remover that contains acetone. Test it on an inconspicuous area of fabric before applying it to the stain. Dip a cotton swab in the remover, and then dab the stain with it. Then rinse off with water.

  • When attempting to remove a stain from Puma shoes, always take extra caution to avoid discoloring material.
