Step 1: Blot the Stain

Using a sponge or paper towel, blot the stained area gently. Do not rub or scrub stain as this may damage the fabric.

Step 2: Apply a Spot Cleaner

Next, apply a spot cleaning solution specifically designed for organza fabrics. You can purchase a commercial spot cleaner or make your own by combining one part dishwashing liquid with one part white vinegar and two parts warm water. Resist the urge to use bleach, as this may discolor or weaken the fabric.

Step 3: Rinse and Launder

After you've applied the spot cleaner, rinse the area with cool water. Use a damp cloth or sponge to ensure the cleaner has been completely removed. Finally, launder the fabric on a gentle cycle in cold water.

Step 4: Line Dry

Once you're finished washing the fabric, let it air dry. Avoid using a dryer, as heat can set in any remaining stain and cause it to become more difficult to remove.
