- A soft cloth
- Household rubber gloves
- Rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover
- Water
- Dish soap
- Laundry detergent
- Baking soda
Steps to Clean Marker Stains from Nike Shoes:
- Put on household rubber gloves to protect your hands from harsh chemicals.
- Apply rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover to a soft cloth and rub the stained area gently.
- Rinse the affected area with warm water to rinse away most of the color.
- Mix a typical solution of dish soap and warm water, and scrub the stain with a soft toothbrush or cloth.
- To tackle even tougher stains, try combining baking soda with a small amount of water to make a paste. Rub the paste over the stain and let it sit for 15 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.
- If stain remains, mix a teaspoon of laundry detergent with warm water. Soak the stained area for 10 minutes.
- Rinse the surface well with warm water.
- Finally, wipe dry with a soft cloth and admire your results.
