  • A soft cloth
  • Household rubber gloves
  • Rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover
  • Water
  • Dish soap
  • Laundry detergent
  • Baking soda

Steps to Clean Marker Stains from Nike Shoes:

  1. Put on household rubber gloves to protect your hands from harsh chemicals.
  2. Apply rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover to a soft cloth and rub the stained area gently.
  3. Rinse the affected area with warm water to rinse away most of the color.
  4. Mix a typical solution of dish soap and warm water, and scrub the stain with a soft toothbrush or cloth.
  5. To tackle even tougher stains, try combining baking soda with a small amount of water to make a paste. Rub the paste over the stain and let it sit for 15 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.
  6. If stain remains, mix a teaspoon of laundry detergent with warm water. Soak the stained area for 10 minutes.
  7. Rinse the surface well with warm water.
  8. Finally, wipe dry with a soft cloth and admire your results.
