The first step to removing marker stains from your New Balance shoes is to use a cloth to blot the area with rubbing alcohol. This will help loosen the stain and make it easier to remove. Be sure to use a clean cloth and not scrub the stain too hard.

The next step is to use an old toothbrush or a soft bristled brush to gently scrub stain. Make sure to use gentle, circular motions and not scrub too hard. You may find that using a liquid cleaning detergent such as Tide, or a paste like baking soda and water helps to lift the stain.

Lastly, if the stain still appears, you can try gently dabbing the spot with nail polish remover, or hydrogen peroxide. If you choose to use hydrogen peroxide, be sure to test it out on a small part of the shoe to make sure that it won’t cause any damage.

And that’s it! With these three simple steps, you can easily remove marker stains from your beloved New Balance shoes.
