What You Will Need:

  • A dry cleaning cloth
  • Absorbent paper towel
  • Mild cleansing detergent
  • Soft brush

Instructions:

  1. Gently dab the stained area with a dry cleaning cloth.
  2. Once you have dabbed stain with your dry cleaning cloth, lay down a few sheets of absorbent paper towel over it.
  3. Mix a small amount of mild detergent with some warm water and lightly dampen the paper towels.
  4. Let the paper towel sit for 10 minutes allowing the mild detergent and warm water to penetrate the fabric fibers.
  5. Using a soft brush, gently scrub the stain in circles, dipping brush in the mild detergent and warm water solution as necessary.
  6. Repeat the process until the marker stain fades.
  7. Rinse the area with clean warm water and mild detergent.
  8. Gently pat the area with a clean dry cloth or paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  9. If the stain persists, repeat the steps until the stain is completely removed.
