Using a paper towel or a damp cloth, begin to blot at stained area. Try not to press too hard, as this can cause the stain to spread and become more difficult to remove.
Create a mixture of one tablespoon of dishwashing detergent, two tablespoons of vinegar, and one cup of warm water. Soak the stained area for roughly 15-20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Apply an enzyme-based stain remover to the affected area. Allow it to sit for 10-15 minutes before washing garment according to the care instructions.
Place the garment in washing machine with a liquid detergent and cold water. Make sure to use a gentle cycle and avoid using bleach, as this can damage your fabric.
