There are a few tried and true ways to get marker stains out of broomstick lace. One of the most effective is to use a combination of laundry detergent and rubbing alcohol. To start, mix together 1 teaspoon of laundry detergent with 2 teaspoons of rubbing alcohol. Then, use a scrub brush or a toothbrush to gently scrub the solution onto the stain. Once the stain has been covered with the solution, let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing with cold water. Repeat as needed until the stain is completely gone.
Another method for removing marker stains from broomstick lace is to dab the area with a damp cloth that has been soaked in white vinegar and cold water. Rub the cloth firmly over the stained area in small circular motions until the stain begins to lift. After stain has lifted, rinse the area with cold water. Reapply the vinegar solution if the stain does not come out completely.
Finally, if all else fails, you can take the broomstick lace to a professional dry cleaner who specializes in cleaning delicate fabrics. They will likely have the experience and resources to remove any stubborn marker stains that you may have.
