One of best ways to get rid of marker stains from your bikini is to use rubbing alcohol. To do this, start by dampening a cotton ball or piece of cloth with rubbing alcohol, then gently dab the stained area. Let the rubbing alcohol soak in for a few minutes before rinsing with cold water. Repeat this process until the marker stain is gone.
If the marker stain is particularly stubborn, nail polish remover can help you remove it. Simply apply a small amount of nail polish remover to the affected area and let it sit for a few minutes. Then, use a clean cloth or cotton ball to wipe away the stain. Again, make sure to rinse off the area thoroughly with cold water after applying the nail polish remover.
This method is useful for thinner fabric bikinis. Start by creating a mixture of two parts dish soap and one part white vinegar, then use a clean cloth or soft brush to lightly scrub the stained area. Rinse off the area with cold water, then repeat the process until the stain is gone.
If all else fails, laundry detergent can help you get rid of permanent markers stains. Simply apply a small amount of liquid laundry detergent to the affected area, let it sit for three to five minutes, then scrub the area with a soft cloth or brush. Rinse with cold water and repeat if necessary.
