What You’ll Need

Before you begin, you’ll need to gather a few items:

  • Dish-washing detergent
  • Vinegar
  • Baking soda
  • Soft, lint-free cloth
  • Spray bottle

Step 1: Dilute Detergent and Vinegar

Mix equal parts of dish-washing detergent with vinegar in a spray bottle. Once it has been diluted, shake it well before using.

Step 2: Spray On Stained Area

Spray the diluted detergent and vinegar solution onto the stained area of the swimming pool liner until it is completely soaked.

Step 3: Sprinkle Baking Soda

Sprinkle baking soda onto the stained area and allow it to sit for at least fifteen minutes.

Step 4: Rub With A Soft Cloth

After the baking soda has had a chance to sit, use a soft, lint-free cloth and rub it into the stained area. This should help remove any remaining traces of lip stick.

Step 5: Rinse With Water

Rinse the area with clean water. You may need to repeat this step until all traces of the lipstick have been removed.

Conclusion

With these five simple steps, you should be able to remove lipstick stains from your swimming pool liners in no time!
