Method 1: Soapy Water

The simplest way to clean lipstick stains from skirts is to use a little bit of mild detergent and water. Start by soaking the stained area of the skirt in a bowl of lukewarm water for about 10 minutes, then add a few drops of mild detergent to the water. Use a soft-bristled brush to gently scrub at the stain in a circular motion. Rinse the skirt with clean water and let it air dry in a shaded area.

Method 2: Vinegar and Detergent

Another effective method for removing lipstick stains is to mix a solution of equal parts white vinegar and mild detergent. Soak the stained area of the skirt in the solution for about 15 minutes, then use a soft-bristled brush to gently scrub at the stain in a circular motion. Rinse skirt with clean water and let it air dry in a shaded area.

Method 3: Rubbing Alcohol

If the above methods don’t work, you can try using rubbing alcohol on the stain. Start by dabbing a cloth with rubbing alcohol and blotting at stain until the stain starts to lighten. Then, use a soft-bristled brush to gently scrub at the stain in a circular motion. Rinse skirt with clean water and let it air dry in a shaded area.

With just a few simple steps, you can get those pesky lipstick stains out of your skirt in no time!
