It can be disheartening to see a lipstick stain on a beautiful and delicate sari. Getting rid of the stain isn't always easy but it's not impossible either.
Method 1: Apply Detergent and Water
Mix a small amount of detergent with lukewarm water and apply it to the stained area with a soft cloth. Gently dab the cloth onto the fabric to remove the stain. Once the stain has been removed, rinse off the detergent with cold water and let the sari air dry.
Method 2: Treat with Lemon Juice
Lemon juice is an effective natural cleaner for removing lipstick stains from a sari. Apply some freshly squeezed lemon juice directly onto the stained area and let it sit for a few minutes. Rub the stain gently with a soft cloth and rinse it off with cold water. You may need to repeat this process several times until the stain is completely gone.
Method 3: Use a Stain Remover
If the above methods don't work, you can try using a laundry stain remover like OxiClean or a similar product. Follow instructions on package and apply the stain remover to the stained area. Leave it on for a few minutes and then rinse it off with cold water. Repeat this process until the stain is gone.

White vinegar is an excellent cleaning agent and is ideal for removing tough lipstick stains from a sari. Pour some white vinegar onto the stained area and let it sit for a few minutes. Then rub the stain gently with a soft cloth and rinse it off with cold water. Repeat this process until the stain is gone.
