How to Easily remove Lipstick Stains from Pongee

Things You Will Need
- Cold water
- Mild detergent
- White cloth
Instructions
- Rinse the fabric with cold water as soon as possible. This will help to rinse out as much of the lipstick as possible.
- Create a mild detergent solution with warm water and mild detergent, such as liquid dish soap. Be sure to use a mild detergent as harsher detergents can cause damage to the pongee fabric.
- Take a white cloth and dip it into the detergent solution. Gently scrub the affected area of the fabric in a circular motion. Do not rub too hard, as this may cause damage and discoloration.
- Once the stain has been removed, rinse the spot with cold water to remove any residue.
- Finally, leave fabric to dry naturally. Do not put it in the dryer, as this will cause the stain to set.
Tips
- If the stain still remains after following steps above, repeat the process until the stain is completely gone.
- Always test the mild detergent solution on a discreet area of the fabric before applying it to the stained area.
