If the lipstick stain is fresh, blot it with a damp cloth or paper towel. This will help to remove as much of the lipstick as possible before you treat it.
Mix a few drops of detergent in some warm water and use a soft-bristled brush to gently scrub stained area. Let the detergent sit on the stain for 10 minutes before rinsing with more warm water.
Rinse the stained area with cold water and then dab it dry with a paper towel or an old cloth. Don't rub the area, as this could spread the stain further.
Place a thin cloth over the stained area and press the cool iron over it. This will help to lift the stain from the fabric and also help to set the detergent that you applied earlier.
If the stain is still visible after applying the detergent and iron, repeat steps one to four until the stain disappears completely. Depending on the type of fabric of your pencil skirt, it may take a few attempts.
By following these five easy steps, you can successfully remove lipstick stains from a pencil skirt with minimal effort and time. With a little practice, your pencil skirts will look as good as new!
