Cleaning Procedure
- Put some cold water in a bowl.
- Mix in a few drops of laundry detergent or liquid dish soap.
- Blot at the stain with a soft white cloth soaked in the solution.
- Wipe the area with a damp cloth to remove any remaining detergent, then let the kimono air dry away from direct heat.
Removing Stains with Baking Soda Paste
- Mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda with just enough warm water to make a paste.
- Gently spread the paste over the stain and let sit for up to 30 minutes.
- Rinse off paste with a damp cloth, then blot the area dry with a clean towel.
Using Rubbing Alcohol to Get Rid of Lipstick Stains
- Dab a cotton ball into rubbing alcohol.
