What You'll Need
- A small bowl
- White vinegar
- Hot water
- Cotton balls
- Liquid dish soap
Instructions
- Create a mixture of equal parts vinegar and hot water in bowl.
- Soak the cotton balls in the vinegar-water mixture.
- Dab the stained areas with the soaked cotton balls until the lipstick has been saturated.
- Allow the vinegar-water mixture to sit for 5 minutes.
- Remove the cotton balls and rinse the headband with cold water.
- Create a solution of warm water and liquid dish soap.
- Soak the headband in sudsy mixture for 30 minutes.
- Rinse the headband with cold water again.
- Lay the headband flat to dry.
