  2. Gently blot the stain with the cloth.
  3. Do not scrub the fabric as it may spread the stain.

  5. If the stain does not come out, mix white vinegar and water in equal parts and dab onto the stain. Blot until stain is removed.
  6. Rinse away the vinegar solution with a wet cloth and allow to dry.
  7. Once the bag is dry, rub a small amount of baking soda onto the area to remove any remaining odor.
  8. Condition the leather or fabric with the appropriate cleaner.

Tips for Keeping Handbag Fabrics Clean

  • Always keep make-up products stored in a make-up bag and never directly in your handbag.
  • When possible store your handbag in a dust bag and away from direct sunlight.
  • Regularly condition your leather bags to keep them looking great.
  • Always spot test a product before using to clean to ensure it won't damage the fabric.
