- Liquid laundry detergent
- Paper towels
- Warm water
Steps to Get Rid of Lipstick Stains on Cotton Voile
- Before you start the cleaning process, identify type of lipstick stain. If it’s a dry one, wet it slightly so that it becomes easier to clean and prevent it from spreading further.
- Soak a paper towel in some liquid laundry detergent and use it to thoroughly apply some of it over the lipstick stain.
- Leave detergent to sit on the lipstick stain for a couple of minutes then wipe it off with a clean, damp cloth.
- Let the area air-dry.
- If stain remains after the first try, repeat the same steps until it completely disappears.
