Mix equal parts white vinegar and baking soda into a paste. Using a clean cloth, apply the paste directly to the stained area. Let the mixture sit for several minutes before moving onto the next step.
Once the paste has had enough time to set, rinse it off with cold water. Be sure to use a gentle scrubbing motion as you rinse so that you can lift any remaining traces of lipstick from the fabric.
Fill a bucket or sink with cold water and add a few squirts of liquid laundry detergent. Submerge the Angora fabric into the soapy mixture and let it soak for at least an hour.
After fabric has finished soaking, gently wring out the excess water and lay it flat on a clean surface to air dry. If any traces of lipstick remain, repeat steps 1-3.
