If ketchup has already dried on wedges, you’ll need:

  • One tablespoon of detergent
  • Half cup of warm water
  • One tablespoon of white vinegar
  • A small bowl or container
  • A soft, damp cloth

To start, mix the detergent, water and vinegar in a bowl or small container. Dip a soft cloth into the solution and then dab it onto the stained areas. If the wedges are still wet from ketchup, go ahead and rinse them off with cold water before dabbing with cloth. Be sure to not soak wedges, as this could cause further damage.

Continue to dab the stained areas with the cloth until the stain is gone. Once the stain is removed, rinse the wedges with cold water. Finally, hang the wedges up to air dry and they’re ready to wear.

Extra tip: If the stain is still proving difficult to remove, apply a pre-treatment solution before dabbing with the cloth. Simply spray the pre-treatment product onto the stained area and wait a few minutes. Then, proceed with the steps mentioned above.
