What You’ll Need

  • 3 tablespoons of dishwashing liquid
  • 1/2 teaspoon of white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • A brush with soft bristles
  • Old towel or rag

Instructions

  1. Mix the dishwashing liquid with the vinegar and baking soda to create a cleaning solution.
  2. Gently apply solution to the ketchup stain using the brush, being careful not to spread the stain further.
  3. Scrub the fabric in a circular motion for 1 minute.
  4. Rinse area with cold water.
  5. Pat the fabric dry with the towel or rag, being careful not to rub the stain.
  6. Check to see if the ketchup is gone and repeat if necessary.
