One of the worst things about spilled food, especially sauces like ketchup, is that it's almost impossible to clean up. It seems like no amount of scrubbing or washing will make stain go away. Fortunately, there is an easy way to remove the ketchup stain from your slippers.

First, you’ll need to collect some supplies. You’ll need a clean cloth, paper towel, detergent and warm water. Begin by dampening the cloth with warm water and adding a small amount of detergent. Gently rub the area of the slipper where the ketchup stain is located. Be careful not to rub too hard as you don’t want to damage the material of slipper. Once you’ve rubbed stain with the cloth, dip cloth in the warm water and rub again. Finally, dry the stain with a paper towel or other absorbent material.

If the stain is still there, you may need to repeat these steps until the stain disappears. You can also try using a spot cleaner specifically designed for fabric if the stain persists. Just be sure to follow the directions on the spot cleaner carefully and test the spot cleaner on a small area of the slipper before applying it to the entire stain to ensure it won't affect the color of the fabric.

Getting a ketchup stain off your slippers doesn't have to be a hassle. All it takes is a little bit of patience and the right supplies and you'll be able to remove that pesky stain once and for all!
