Most ketchup stains can be removed with a combination of hot water and a detergent/cleaner that is safe for use on silk. Try mixing two parts hot water with one part detergent/cleaner and apply it to the stain using a clean rag. Then rinse the affected area off with cold water and see if the stain is gone.
If the stain still remains after rinsing with hot water and detergent, try a mixture of one part dish soap with one part white vinegar and dab it onto the stain. Let this sit overnight and then rinse it off in the morning. This should help get your silk charmeuse back to looking like new!
Lastly, try using a liquid spot remover for stubborn ketchup stains. Dab a small amount on the stain and then let it sit for a few minutes before blotting away the excess with a clean rag. Always make sure to check the label first to ensure remover is safe for use on silk.
With these tips you should be able to get ketchup stains out of your silk charmeuse in no time. Good luck!
