That's why we've got some tips that will help you restore your fabric back to its original beauty. Before you begin, make sure to test your cleaner of choice on a small, hidden area to make sure it won't damage the fabric.

What You'll Need

  • Dish soap
  • White vinegar
  • Cotton balls or swabs
  • Clean cloth
  • Lint-free towel

Instructions

  1. Mix together 1 teaspoon of dish soap in 1 cup of warm water. Dip a clean cotton ball or swab into solution and apply to the stain.
  2. Blot at the area with a lint-free cloth until the stain lifts.
  3. If necessary, repeat steps 1-2 until the stain has been completely removed.
  4. Mix together equal parts white vinegar and water. Dip a new swab or cotton ball into solution and apply to the area.
  5. Blot with a clean cloth until remaining stain is lifted.
  6. Allow the area to air dry completely before wearing.
