What You Need

  • Mild dishwashing detergent
  • Warm water
  • Soft cloth

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Mix 1 tablespoon of the mild dishwashing detergent into a small bowl of warm water.
  2. Dip a soft cloth into the soapy water mixture and blot the stained area to help loosen ketchup stain.
  3. Do not rub or scrub the flip flop. This may cause stain to spread or become more difficult to remove.
  4. Rinse the cloth in cold water and then dab at the stained area to remove the ketchup and the soap.
  5. Continue rinsing and dabbing the affected area until the stain is gone.
  6. Once the stain has been removed, allow the flip flop to air dry overnight before wearing.
