Step 1: Blot the Stains

First things first, make sure you don't wipe the stains away. This will only spread the ketchup further and make the stain worse. Use a paper towel or a piece of cloth and gently blot the stains to absorb as much of the sauce as possible.

Step 2: Create a Mixture

Mix together a solution of one part mild detergent and one part cold water. Put the mixture into a spray bottle and shake it up so that it's combined well.

Step 3: Spray Stain

Spray mixed solution onto the ketchup stained area of the Adidas. Let it sit on the fabric for approximately 10 minutes without rubbing it in.

Step 4: Clean the Stain

Gently rub areas of the stain with a soft bristled brush. This should help lift the stain from the fabric. Make sure to not scrub too hard as it can damage material.

Step 5: Rinse and Dry

Once the stain has been removed, rinse off the area with cold water. Pat the fabric dry with a clean towel and let the fabric air dry before using it again.
