The first step is to pre-treat the stain with a mild detergent and warm water. Use a soft cloth to dab the stained area, being careful not to rub harshly as this could cause further damage or discoloration. Rinse the area with cold water afterward to remove any excess detergent.
Once the pre-treatment is finished, it's time to place the yoga pants in the washing machine. If possible, use a gentle cycle with cold water and a light detergent. Avoid hot water and high-powered cycles, as these can cause damage to the fabric and make the stain harder to remove.
When the wash cycle is complete, remove pants from the washer and hang to air-dry. Do not put them in the dryer, as this could set the stain into the fabric and make it difficult to remove. When the pants have completely dried, inspect the area for any remaining stains. If there are any, repeat the steps listed above.
