  • Cotton balls or a cloth
  • Isopropyl alcohol
  • Mild laundry detergent
  • Moist cloth/towel

Instructions

  1. Using a cotton ball or a cloth, dab some isopropyl alcohol on the affected area of the fabric. Make sure to blot stain and not spread the insect repellent around.
  2. Carefully rinse area with warm water. Make sure all of alcohol is removed.
  3. Apply a mild laundry detergent to the area and gently rub it in with either a soft cloth or your hands.
  4. Rinse the detergent off using warm water. Again, make sure to remove all of the detergent.
  5. Let the fabric air-dry or use a moist cloth/towel to absorb the excess moisture.
