What You’ll Need
- White vinegar
- Baking soda
- Dishwashing liquid
- Sponge
- Clean cloths/paper towels/cotton balls
Instructions
- Soak the stained area of the scarf in white vinegar for 10 minutes.
- Mix 2 parts baking soda with 1 part dishwashing liquid to form a paste. Spread the paste over stain and let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
- Using a damp sponge, rub the affected area of scarf, working the paste into the fabric.
- Rinse the scarf with lukewarm water. Repeat steps 2-4 if needed.
- Pat dry with a clean cloth or paper towels, then hang the scarf to dry.
