What You'll Need Before Starting

  • Dishwashing soap
  • White vinegar
  • Clean white rag or cloth

Steps to Clean the Stain

  1. Mix one teaspoon of dishwashing soap and one tablespoon of white vinegar in a bowl of warm water.
  2. Submerge the stained area of the lace in the mixture for 10 minutes.
  3. Take the garment out of the mixture and use the clean rag or cloth to gently rub the stain in a circular motion.
  4. Rinse the garment thoroughly with cold water.
  5. Lay the garment flat and allow it to air dry.

Additional Tips

  • It's important to treat stain immediately so it doesn't set in.
