These marks may appear on kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, plates and cutlery. Fortunately, there are some effective solutions for getting rid of the stains.

Materials You Will Need

  • Baking soda
  • White vinegar
  • Dish soap
  • Soft cloth

Removing Stains Step-by-Step

  1. Fill a sink or basin with warm water, then add a few teaspoons of baking soda to the water.
  2. Soak affected utensils for about 20 minutes.
  3. Mix equal parts white vinegar and dish soap into the water.
  4. Swirl the utensils around in the solution and let them soak for another 10 minutes.
  5. Remove utensils from the sink and rinse them off with cold water.
  6. Dry the utensils with a soft cloth.
