To clean up bug spray stains on gazar fabric, you'll need:
Using a clean, dry cloth, gently blot away at the stain to soak up any excess moisture. Don't scrub, as this will only spread the stain further and make it harder to remove.
Next, mix together equal parts vinegar and hot water in a bowl. You can use as much as you need to cover stain. If the stain is large, you may need to increase the amounts of vinegar and hot water.
Using a clean cloth, apply the vinegar solution directly to the stain. Let the solution sit on the stain for 10-15 minutes, then blot away any excess moisture with a dry cloth.
If the stain still remains, you can try making a paste out of baking soda and dish soap. Spread the paste onto the stain, then let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Once again, blot away any excess moisture before rinsing with clean, cold water.
If the stain persists, you may need to use non-chlorine bleach, however test this on a small, hidden area of the gazar fabric first to be sure it won't damage the material. Once the stain has been removed, rinse the area with clean water and allow it to air dry.
By following these steps, you should be able to successfully remove insect repellent stains from gazar fabric. As always, it's best to test a small area first to make sure the cleaning methods won't cause any damage. Good luck!
