Step 1: Blot the Stain

Using a clean, white cloth or paper towel, gently blot the stain. If the stain is not completely removed, move onto step 2.

Step 2: Test Cleaning Material on a Seam

Find a hidden seam and apply a small amount of any cleaning solution like dish soap which does not contain bleach. Wait a few minutes, then rub it with a clean white cloth to make sure it does not discolor the fabric.

Step 3: Apply Cleaning Solution

If the test was successful, apply enough cleaning solution onto stained area to saturate it. Then, using cloth, rub the cleaning solution into the stain in a circular motion.

Step 4: Rinse and Dry

Rinse the area with a damp cloth and use a hairdryer on low heat to dry the fabric. After your fabric is dry, inspect it to make sure stain has been removed.

Step 5: Repeat if Necessary

If stain still remains, repeat steps 1-4 until the stain is completely removed.
