What You Will Need:
- Lint roller
- Mild detergent
- Water
Instructions:
- Gently remove any residual insect repellent particles from the surface of the fabric by using a lint roller, or cloth.
- Mix a small amount of mild detergent with warm water in a separate bowl.
- Dampen a clean rag, and dip it in the water/detergent mixture and use to clean the area.
- Blot area to remove the stain. Do not rub as this may spread and worsen stain.
- Rinse the area with clean water, blot again and allow to air-dry completely.
Tips:
- Avoid using regular laundry detergent, as these are too harsh for cashmere fabrics and can damage the natural fibers.
- If you do not have a lint roller, you may use a vacuum cleaner to remove any particles stuck in the fabric.
- Ensure that you work with a clean cloth, as dirt and other particles may worsen the stain.
