Mix together equal parts dish soap, white vinegar and water. Stir this solution with a spoon until it is well blended.
Apply the cleaning solution directly to the stained area of your blouse and begin to gently scrub with an old toothbrush. Be sure not to rub too hard to avoid damaging the fabric.
Once the stain has been removed, rinse the area with fresh water and dry the fabric with a clean cloth. If the stain remains, repeat Steps 2-4 until the stain is gone.
Once the stain has been completely removed, place garment in washing machine and wash as normal, using a laundry detergent. Dry the clothing according to the care instructions.
