Step 1: Blot the Stain

Grab a clean cloth or paper towel and start blotting stain as much as possible. This will help absorb most of liquid and reduce the spread of the ink.

Step 2: Dilute Stain

Pour some rubbing alcohol onto the stain, then gently dab at it with the cloth to make sure the alcohol is entirely soaked up. This will help dilute the ink and make it easier to remove.

Step 3: Apply Dish Soap

Massage some dish soap into stain and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. This will help break down the ink and loosen it from fabric.

Step 4: Rinse and Wash the Tracksuit

Rinse the stained area with cold water, then launder the tracksuit on its own in the washing machine with warm water and your regular laundry detergent. Then allow the garment to air dry. The ink should be gone!
