If you've ever dealt with ink on silk gazar, you know how difficult it is to remove. While hand washing with a gentle detergent is usually recommended for garments made of silk gazar, this might not be enough to remove stubborn ink stains. Luckily, there are a few easy steps you can take to get rid of the ink and save your garment.

Step 1: Pre-Treat the Stain

The first step to cleaning ink from silk gazar is to pre-treat the stain with a small amount of liquid laundry detergent. Apply the detergent directly onto the stain and let it sit for a few minutes before gently working the detergent into the fabric. Once you've worked the detergent into the fabric, rinse with cold water.

Step 2: Create a Soak

The next step is to create a soak with a mixture of cold water and a mild laundry detergent. Soak the garment in mixture for about 30 minutes, stirring gently every few minutes to help the detergent reach all parts of the stained area. After the soaking is complete, rinse out detergent.

Step 3: Apply White Vinegar

White vinegar is a powerful stain remover and can help to remove stubborn ink stains from silk gazar. Take a clean cloth or sponge and soak it in white vinegar. Gently dab the stained area with the saturated cloth or sponge and let it sit for about five minutes before rinsing with cold water. This should help to lift the ink stain.

Step 4: Apply Rubbing Alcohol

If white vinegar isn't enough to get rid of stain, you can try using rubbing alcohol. Saturate a clean cloth in rubbing alcohol and use it to dab the ink stain. Let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing with cold water.

Step 5: Repeat As Necessary

If the stain persists after repeating steps 2-4, you may need to repeat them a few times. Be sure to check the garment after each step to make sure stain has been completely removed. If it has not, repeat the steps until the stain is gone.

With these simple steps, you'll be able to easily remove ink stains from your silk gazar garments.
