Step 1: Blot Water On the Stain

The first step is to apply water to the stain. Take a damp cloth and gently blot area with water. This removes any excess ink and won’t spread the stain further.

Step 2: Apply a Non-Abrasive Cleaner

Now it’s time to apply a non-abrasive cleaner, such as a dish soap, to the stained area. Rub the cleaner into the spot for several seconds until a lather forms. Then rinse off the cleaner.

Step 3: Wash the Dress in the Washing Machine

Finally, put the dress in the washing machine and wash it with cold water and a laundry detergent. Don’t forget to read the care label to make sure you’re washing it correctly. After cycle has finished, air dry the dress or put it in the dryer on lowest temperature setting.
